F-1.    The committee recommends and I so move that the board authorize the submission of a joint application with Cranford Board of Education, to the New Jersey Department of Education for a Teaching and Learning with Essential New Technologies in the 21^st Century (TALENT21) grant for the period of February 1, 2010 through September 15, 2011, in the amount of $1,960,000, in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member. This grant will assist schools in establishing 21^st century learning environments in grades six and seven that blend physical and digital infrastructures to seamlessly support learning.
