Ø   Waiver from the School Code requirement - (105 ILCS5/24A-5/(c) of the Illinois School Code and Sections 50.40(g) and 50.50(b-2) of the Administrative Code rating of the teacher’s performance as “excellent”, “satisfactory”, or “unsatisfactory”) for five school years (2010-2011 through 2014-15).
