        O-1.   The committee recommends and I so move that the board approve the Non-Disclosure Agreement with PSEG, in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member. 

 

 

Personnel Committee:    

        P-1.  The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that a personnel action concerning K.K. be approved in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member and recorded in the non-public portion of these minutes.

 

        P-2.   The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board accept letter of resignation and approve settlement agreement for A.M. in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member and recorded in the non-public portion of these minutes.
